Flashcards that flip right.

Type a term and its answer on each line. FlashSheet prints the fronts, then mirrors the backs so every answer lands exactly behind its card. Tap the sample card: it flips.

18 cards · max 60

Put a dash with spaces, a colon, an equals sign or a tab (paste two columns from a spreadsheet) between the front and the back. A line with nothing after it is a front-only card.

Card 1 prints top left on the front of sheet 1, top right on the back.

Three steps. Zero accounts.

  1. 1

    Type or paste your cards

Up to 60, one per line, or start from one of 8 ready-made decks. Paste two columns straight from a spreadsheet.

  2. 2

    Pick the layout

4, 6, 8 or 10 cards per page, and how your printer flips: long edge, short edge, or no duplex at all.

  3. 3

    Print, cut, study

Fronts, then mirrored backs, with dashed cut lines and a number in each corner. Or save it all as one PDF.

Free, and it's the good stuff

Backs that actually line up

Each back page is mirrored for the way your printer flips, so card 1's answer prints right behind card 1. Partial last pages stay aligned too.

Flip before you print

The preview is a real deck: tap to flip, arrows to move.

No duplex printer? Fold it

Front and back side by side on one page. Cut, fold, done.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Making, previewing, printing and sharing decks of up to 60 cards is free, with no signup and no print limit. Front pages carry a small "Made free with FlashSheet" line under the cards. A Pro version is planned but not built; it is waitlist-only for now.

How do the backs line up?

A double-sided printer prints page 2 on the back of page 1. FlashSheet mirrors every back page so each answer sits right behind its card: left and right swap for "flip on long edge" (the usual setting) and top and bottom swap for "flip on short edge". The cards have a fixed size and the page is centered, so both sides share the same margins. Print at 100% scale, not "Fit to page".

I only have a single-sided printer. What do I do?

Pick "Single-sided, fold in half". Each row prints a card's front on the left and its back on the right. Cut the rows apart and fold each one down the dotted middle line. Or choose "All fronts, then all backs" under More options and feed the printed stack back in.

How do I type my cards?

One card per line, front then back, with a dash with spaces between them, like "gravity - the force that pulls things toward Earth". A colon, an equals sign or a tab from a spreadsheet works too. A line with no back makes a front-only card.

What if the last page is not full?

The empty spots stay blank on both sides, at mirrored positions, so the last cards still line up with their backs.

Can another teacher print the same deck?

Yes. "Copy share link" makes a link with your cards and settings inside it. Anyone who opens it gets the same deck. Nothing is stored on our servers.
